Terms of service

By accessing firmindex.eu, signing up for an account, or purchasing a dataset, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Downloadable CSV datasets containing public company data sourced from official EU registries, organized by industry, country and city. Sold either as one-shot packs or as a subscription for monthly refreshes. The service is currently in pre-launch — pricing and availability are subject to change.

All prices are in euros (EUR), VAT included where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount displayed at checkout. One-shot packs are billed immediately. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled by the user.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dataset within your organization for any lawful purpose, including resale of derivative analyses. You may not redistribute the dataset itself in raw form, train an AI model on it for the sole purpose of recreating a competing dataset, or sell it under another brand.

Because the data is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned in any practical sense, all sales are final. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period — no pro-rata refunds. If a dataset is materially incorrect or undelivered through our fault, contact us within 14 days and we will refund or replace.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not commit to a formal SLA in this MVP phase. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible. Outages are not refundable.

firmindex's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or engage in fraud. We will notify you by email when possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email to active users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels. Consumers retain their statutory rights under EU law.
